Centering Youth Leadership

We are growing a new generation of architects that is equipped with the skills of listening and relationship-building before they go into the workforce

Each of our projects is envisioned, planned, and carried out by collaborative teams of college students or recent graduates.

Our internal leadership trainings and mentorship programs equip these student-leaders and emerging professionals with the support they need to run programs, listen to community members, and advocate for spatial justice. We also fund student-leaders' participation in external courses on topics related to our mission, such as non-profit leadership, community organizing, social entrepreneurship, and more.
